Getting started

How long does setup take?
Most teams are running in under 10 minutes. Connect your first bank (4 minutes via PSD2), invite your team (30 seconds), and your first AI-generated cash brief is delivered the next morning at 7am.
Do I need to import historical data?
Optional but recommended. Arxa imports 24 months of bank history automatically when you connect via PSD2. For richer forecasting, you can upload an Excel/CSV of historical AR or AP — drag-and-drop in the Templates section. Forecast accuracy improves once Arxa has at least 6 weeks of activity.
Can I trial the platform without a credit card?
Yes. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. You'll be prompted for billing details only when the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
What's the difference between the Starter, Scale, and Enterprise plans?
Starter (€49/mo) covers single-entity treasury with up to 3 bank accounts. Scale (€149/mo) adds multi-entity consolidation, custom 13-week templates, and Slack integration. Enterprise includes SSO, SOC 2 reports, custom SLAs, and a dedicated success manager. See /pricing for the full matrix.

Bank connections

Which banks do you support?
We connect to 2,500+ banks across the EU and UK via PSD2 (Bridge primary, Powens fallback). All major French banks (BNP, Société Générale, Crédit Agricole, LCL, BPCE, Crédit Mutuel, La Banque Postale), all major German and Spanish banks, plus all UK high-street banks. US support is on the roadmap for Q3 2026 via Plaid.
How often is bank data refreshed?
Every 4 hours during business days, every 12 hours on weekends. PSD2 mandates a maximum refresh frequency, but you can also trigger an on-demand refresh from Settings → Integrations (limited to 4 manual refreshes per day per connection).
What happens if my bank connection breaks?
PSD2 consents expire every 90 days, and bank IT changes occasionally break webhooks. We monitor every connection and email you the moment a refresh fails. Reconnecting takes ~90 seconds — go to Settings → Integrations and click 'Reconnect'. Your historical data is never lost.
Is read-only access truly read-only? Can Arxa initiate payments?
PSD2 gives Arxa AISP (Account Information Service Provider) status only — strict read-only. We cannot initiate transfers, debits, or any movement of funds. Payment initiation (PISP) is not part of our roadmap.
BILLING

Billing

How does billing work?
Monthly subscriptions billed via Stripe. You can switch between Starter and Scale at any time from Settings → Billing — pro-rated charges apply automatically. Annual plans include 2 free months (16% discount). All plans include unlimited users.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and we keep your data for 90 days in case you reactivate.
Do you offer custom pricing for larger teams?
Yes. Enterprise pricing starts at €499/mo and includes SSO, dedicated SLAs, custom contracts, security questionnaires, and a named success manager. Contact our sales team for a quote — typical response within 24h.
Where do I find my invoices?
Settings → Billing → Invoices. Invoices are issued monthly on the anniversary of your signup, in PDF, with full VAT details (FR/EU TVA intra-community handled automatically).
DATA SECURITY

Data security

Is my data encrypted?
Yes — TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Bank credentials never touch our servers (PSD2 OAuth via Bridge/Powens). Database backups are encrypted with envelope keys rotated every 90 days. See /security for full details.
Where is my data stored?
Primary region is Frankfurt (eu-central-1) on Supabase + Vercel Functions, with hot replicas in Paris (eu-west-3). Data never leaves the EU. We are GDPR-compliant and SOC 2 Type II ready (audit completing Q2 2026).
Can I export my data?
Always. Settings → Data → Export delivers a ZIP of all your data (transactions, forecasts, templates) in CSV + JSON within 5 minutes by email. There is no vendor lock-in.
Who can access my data internally at Arxa?
Strictly the on-call engineer, only when responding to a support request you've explicitly opened. All access is logged, and you can request the audit trail at any time via support@arxaintelligence.com.
INTEGRATIONS

Integrations

Which ERPs do you integrate with?
Native bidirectional sync: Sage 100, Cegid, Pennylane, EBP, Quickbooks, Xero. Setup time ranges from 15 minutes (Pennylane, Quickbooks) to 60 minutes (Sage 100 self-hosted). See /docs#erp for the full matrix.
Do you have a Slack integration?
Yes — Scale and Enterprise plans. Daily cash brief, alert routing, and slash commands (/cash, /alerts) post directly into your finance channel. Setup is a 1-click OAuth from Settings → Integrations.
Is there an API I can build on?
Yes. REST + Webhooks, available on Scale and Enterprise. Read-only on Scale, full read-write on Enterprise. See /api-reference for the OpenAPI spec, rate limits, and webhook signature verification.
Do you support SSO / SAML?
Enterprise plan only. Out-of-the-box support for Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, and JumpCloud via SAML 2.0. SCIM provisioning is also available. Contact sales to provision SSO on your tenant.
