Cookie Policy
This policy describes how Arxa Intelligence uses cookies and similar trackers on its website and within its application. It complements our Privacy Policy and applies to any visitor or user of the Platform, in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the CNIL guidelines of 17 September 2020.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your terminal (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website or use an application. It allows the publisher to recognise your terminal during subsequent visits, remember preferences or measure audience.
We use three categories of cookies, presented below. In accordance with regulations, only strictly necessary cookies are placed without prior consent. Any other cookie is enabled only after explicit collection of your agreement via the consent banner.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential to the operation of the Service and the security of the Account. Their placement does not require prior consent within the meaning of Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act. Disabling them would render the Platform partially or totally unusable.

2. Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how the Platform is used, in order to identify improvement points and prioritise product development. The data collected is anonymized (IP address anonymisation, no user identifier transmitted) and processed exclusively in aggregated form. They are activated only after collection of your consent via the banner.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
_va | Anonymous audience measurement: page views, session duration, navigation paths. | 13 months | Vercel Analytics (EU) |

You may withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookies" link in the page footer or by resetting your preferences in your browser.
3. Marketing cookies
Arxa Intelligence does not currently place any marketing, retargeting or commercial profiling cookies. We do not use any third-party tag such as Google Ads, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight.
If this policy ever changes — for example during a one-off awareness campaign — you will be informed beforehand and invited to express your choice via the consent banner, in accordance with the CNIL rules.
Managing your preferences
Your choices can be modified at any time by clicking the "Cookies" link in the footer of every screen. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing and does not degrade access to the essential functions of the Service.
You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all offer a dedicated interface in their privacy settings). Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent authentication and operation of the Platform.
For any question relating to this policy, you may write to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@arxaintelligence.com.
